Overall products specs are listed below to guide your images for upload. If you prefer we have provided templates for use in Adobe Illustrator to create your designs.
Each file has multiple layers. Layers set to “Not Print” need to remain off when saving out final file for uploading to our Designer App (no magenta bleed lines should show in your final upload file). Make sure all imagery extends to the edge of the art board and any graphics/text you do not want to be cut is within the visible area!
Commonly Asked Questions
How close to the edge can I place my artwork?
When we print, shifting may occur up to an 1/8 inch. For any image or text you do not want to potentially be cut off, leave 1/4 inch border on the edge.
Can I use my own photos?
We encourage you to use your own photos, images and original artwork to make your custom product as personal as possible. Just make sure to follow our Image Guidelines. To assure your product’s image is sharp, make sure your image is at least 100 dpi when placed at full size on the product.
Will Customize A Product ship outside of the United States? Does it cost extra to have my product shipped internationally?

How long will it take for my product to arrive?
Customize A Product can take up to 5 business days to be ready to ship. Delivery time depends upon delivery method chosen at checkout. Custom products could take up to 3 weeks for international delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We ship all of our products through FEDEX. If you would like your tracking code, please enter your order number here.

We use high quality environmentally friendly UV ink that lasts.
